Chet Holmes - Founder
Chet Holmes is founder of the business growth and training firm Chet Holmes International. He is recognized as a top corporate trainer, strategic consultant, business growth expert, lecturer, author and filmmaker.
Chet Holmes began his career in the trenches as a sales person. "Like almost 100% of salespeople, I stumbled into it. I didn't even know if I'd be any good at it. And then when I was tripling my quota and other sales reps couldn't even hit theirs, I suspected I had found my place in the world."

As a writer, Chet Holmes sold a screenplay to Warner Brothers, where he received a three-contract deal as writer, producer and songwriter. In 2008, he was Executive Producer for the film, "In the Name Of the King," starring Jason Statham, Ray Liotta, Burt Reynolds, Claire Forlani, Matthew Lilliard, Leelee Sobieski and a total of 11 notable stars.
While Chet Holmes has had success in both publishing and film, he has spent the majority of his career as a corporate trainer. His clients include Estee Lauder, American Express, Wells Fargo Bank, NY Stock Exchange, NBC, Solomon Brothers, Citibank, and more than sixty Fortune 500 companies. Success Magazine says that "Chet Holmes breaks sales records wherever he goes." Industry Week rated Chet Holmes "one of the nation's top change experts." Chet Holmes has also appeared on Good Morning America, Good Morning NY, Midday Live with Bill Boggs, WPLJ, WNBC and more than thirty other radio programs.
From 1987 to 1991, Chet Holmes was the General Manager and then Associate Publisher of several different divisions of The Daily Journal Corporation, whose primary stock holder was Charles T. Munger. During his tenure with Mr. Munger, Chet Holmes was responsible for doubling the sales of nine different divisions reporting to him, including California Lawyer Magazine, which doubled its sales three years in a row and the San Francisco Daily Journal (a newspaper) which doubled its sales three years in a row and increased circulation 350% per year for two years in a row.
In 1991, Holmes formed the company that would become known as Chet Holmes International ("CHI"), a company that has created training products and services, all primarily designed to help companies be more effective at marketing, sales and management. CHI has published "Mega Marketing and Sales," "The Business Growth Masters Series" with Jay Abraham, "Guerrilla Meets Karate Master," with Guerilla Marketing author Jay Conrad Levinson and most recently completed, "The Ultimate Business Mastery System" with Tony Robbins.

Born in the Bronx to a policeman father and a concert pianist mother, Chet Holmes was raised primary in and around New York City and upstate New York. He has raised two children, recording artist daughter, Amanda Holmes, and actor and writer son, Jordan Holmes. Marty Sanders
As CEO of Business Breakthroughs International, Marty Sanders has a proven track record of leadership and sales excellence. Leading one of EMC's largest divisions, he grew overall revenues by 217% and drove top line to over 3/4 of a billion dollars. In this capacity, Marty increased revenue per sales person by 45% and led all other EMC Divisions in terms of overall margin performance. At EMC, Marty demonstrated exceptional customer loyalty skills validated by superior customer satisfaction scores and 98% repeat business performance. Marty served as the Executive Sponsor in owning the customer experience and relationships with many of EMC's largest global accounts including Verizon, ATT, Viacom, and the Disney Corporation.
Marty used his entrepreneurial talent to become Co-Founder and Principal of Secured Private Capital of Arizona (SPC). In just its first 6 months, the SPC Loan Fund One grew to over 65 investors, making SPC one of the fastest growing private lenders in the state.

Stephanie Vaughan
Stephanie Vaughan serves as VP of the Breakthrough Consulting Division here at BBI for both Anthony Robbins and Chet Holmes. In partnership with CEO, Marty Sanders, Stephanie's role is to create an un-stoppable team of consultants that will engage the needs of larger businesses to explode their growth and increase their profits.
Stephanie Vaughan also serves as President of Business Mastery Coaching for BBI. Through Stephanie's direction the number of certified coaches has grown 15 times over and revenues have grown by more than 4000% and she is just getting started. As a business coach, Stephanie has successfully coached hundreds of companies in countless industries with a sole focus on achieving results from doubling revenues, successful integrations of Core Story, to step by step plays on implementing powerful marketing compaigns using Chet's and Tony's methods. Scott deMoulin
One of the top sales, performance, speaking and communication trainers in the country, Scott deMoulin has run an international consulting and seminar business since 1989. A highly respected consultant, keynote speaker and trainer in both personal and business growth, Scott has attained remarkable success and a substantial following because of his masterful ability to simplify information, making it understandable and accessible to virtually anyone.

Doug Brown
Doug Brown has built over 30 businesses in his lifetime, creating unique and diverse learning experiences. He has spent most of his life in entrepreneurial ventures, starting at age three in his father's electrical contracting and motor repair business. From fifth grade on he applied and qualified for work study through his school to attend school for half the day and for the remainder continue to gain added knowledge in his father's company. Doug would go on to create and build his own businesses, including a landscaping company, an entertainment business, an auto body company, a Christmas tree retailing company, a fishing and lobster wholesale and retail business, a high fashion retail shoe store, a multilevel marketing organization, a real estate investment firm, a management corporation, a telecommunications auditing and consulting company, a telecom agency and a dry cleaning venture, just to name a few.

Neal Tricarico

Pandora Pang

Joe Roth
Joe Roth has spent almost 30 years as both a corporate sales, marketing, and management executive with Fortune 50 companies as well as a serial entrepreneur having started, developed, and divested numerous companies during this time span. He has personally hired, trained, and promoted hundreds of sales and management personnel over the years and has a keen ability to recognize and leverage talent at all levels of an organization.
Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer of ShopBox, LLC a business process outsourcing company that specialized in the execution of web-based kiosk marketing strategies. He was responsible for securing partnership deals with NASCAR, NFL, NHL, and NBA leagues, teams, and franchises.
From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Roth was President of CMB Franchising, Inc., a licensed Area Developer of Extreme Pita Restaurants of Canada for Arizona and Nevada. During this time he oversaw the construction, development and operations of nine stores generating a 25% increase over the second highest volume franchise in the US. The territory was sold to the franchisor in 2006.
Previously Mr. Roth was Managing Partner of Cypress Staffing Services, LLC, a company he founded in 1999 that provides private duty home care throughout Central Arizona. Cypress grew from scratch to become the largest company in Arizona within its industry category in less than four years.
Prior to this he held various executive positions with Pepsico, Inc. (NYSE: PEP), both domestically and internationally. He started his career there as a National Account Manager. Then at the age of 25 he became responsible for three separate business P&Ls generating a total of $12MM in revenue.
Later Mr. Roth became Director of Sales Training for North America overseeing the design, development, and delivery of all new and existing sales related training programs for approximately 25,000 personnel. His staff of twelve trainers facilitated over 600 direct week long sessions annually and another 2,500 indirect sessions annually by way of conducting geographically strategic train-the-trainer programs.
Mr. Roth was then asked to head overseas to development the company's on premise segment, which included fountain and vending businesses in the emerging markets of the Middle East, Western Asia, and Eastern Europe. Some of his numerous achievements include delivering a 12% market share and $100MM in revenues after Pepsi Israel's first year in business, a company record at the time. Also of note was spearheading a 20% gain in both revenue and profit after year two of a startup joint venture in Turkey.
Mr. Roth started his career in sales with Carnation Company. He was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility after Nestle purchased the company in 1984. His last position with Nestle was as sales manager for the food service division territories of Florida and S. Georgia and overseeing a dozen territory managers.

Marty Rowland
Marty Rowland has achieved great success leading high performance organizations within Fortune 500 Companies as well as highly successful startups.
As a Vice President of Sales, Marty drove significant revenue growth at two separate Medical Companies eventually bringing both to profitability and the IPO market. Marty has been recognized for his role in running sales for the fastest growing company in the United States for 2 consecutive years. Continuing success in those roles led to both companies being acquired by Fortune 500 companies, bringing significant financial reward to his team and his investors.
Marty also has served as Vice President of Sales for a software development company specializing in Financial and Medical markets. In this position Marty more than doubled the profitability of all of the company's core divisions. Working with their numerous Fortune 500 companies and startup clients, Marty was successful in compressing sales cycles and accelerating time to revenue. Marty orchestrated the development of their new products and helped his clients get to market sooner to maximize their profit potential.

Brian Moses
Brian Moses, has operated, built, bought and sold companies and having spent his illustrious career as an independent business owner, professional speaker, coach and sales consultant, Brian's main focus and responsibility has been to deliver amazing, tangible and measureable, life-changing results for those who have been fortunate enough to work with him.
Brian's has been ranked in the Top 10 of a 140,000-person global sales force seven consecutive years. During his tenure, he averaged more than $120 mm in sales annually, with revenues of more than $3.5 mm per annum.
