STEPHANIE VAUGHAN President of Executive Coaching
Stephanie Vaughan serves as VP of the Breakthrough Consulting Division here at BBI for both Anthony Robbins and Chet Holmes. In partnership with CEO, Marty Sanders, Stephanie's role is to create an un-stoppable team of consultants that will engage the needs of larger businesses to explode their growth and increase their profits.
Stephanie Vaughan also serves as President of Business Mastery Coaching for BBI. Through Stephanie's direction the number of certified coaches has grown 15 times over and revenues have grown by more than 4000% and she is just getting started. As a business coach, Stephanie has successfully coached hundreds of companies in countless industries with a sole focus on achieving results from doubling revenues, successful integrations of Core Story, to step by step plays on implementing powerful marketing campaigns using Chet's and Tony's methods. Stephanie is accomplished in sales and sales training. As a trainer, Stephanie served as a strategic player in helping to develop world class sales organizations on a global level for a variety of companies. She has developed, managed and facilitated sales programs for the internal sales and partner organizations for technology companies including EMC, Legato Systems, Aspect Communications, and many others. In addition to sales training Stephanie was a top producer in her 11 year sales career with companies such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Estee Lauder, and several other technology companies. She was a top producer in all her sales positions, consistently achieving over 400% of her quota.
Stephanie's additional passion and focus right now is to work with Chet and Tony to create programs exclusively targeted to help women-owned businesses succeed. Stephanie serves as a Certified Master Coach through the prestigious Behavioral Coaching Institute, is a Certified Presentation Skills trainer and Training Generalist through Langevin. STACEY HYLEN
Stacey Hylen is the principal and co-founder of HYLEN SUCCESS COACHING. Before she came to coaching, Stacey enjoyed a stellar sales career. For several years, she consistently ranked among the top performers, selling group insurance plans for Colonial Life and later on top of the line tanning equipment. She soon realized that businesses needed more than just excellent products and superior customer service, which, of course, she happily provided. They needed guidance and support to grow and improve their businesses. And she got hooked helping them. Before she ever heard of the word "coaching", she was already doing it. In 2000, Stacey enrolled in a premier training program at Coach University.
Stacey was chosen by Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen as a speaker on the promotional tour for their book, . A contributing author to , Stacey is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and served as Vice President of the Montreal Coach Federation.

VALERIE HYLEN
Valerie Hylen has built and sold 3 successful businesses, co-authored 2 books, worked live on QVC, hosted live segments on television, and bought, managed and sold investment properties. She is the co-founder of a successful coaching company, and has been a motivational speaker and a leader of workshops, seminars and teleclasses that have helped hundreds of clients achieve amazing levels of success previously thought to be impossible!
She knows that with the right mindset, right tools and right action steps any business can experience significant growth.
For the past 8 years she has helped business owners to dream bigger, become more focused and most importantly to take targeted action steps. SEAN OLIVER
Sean Oliver is an experienced Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker who challenges and equips leaders to rethink the way they do business. Sean's collaborative strategies have helped hundreds of leaders become more influential and effective. "If you could get to the next level by yourself. you'd already be there!" is a Sean Oliver mantra. He knows that great leadership and communication can not be achieved by yourself or for your own gain.
Born with a passion to equip leaders, Sean brings enthusiasm and knowledge to those who desire to become better leaders and communicators. As a young man Sean found himself in leadership roles as a black belt instructor and later on as a husband, father, organizational leader and entrepreneur. ELLEN CAHILL
Ellen Cahill, M.A., is a Certified Comprehensive Coach. She is one of the organization's Senior Coaches and leading Implementation Expert for over five years. She coaches and supports hundreds of entrepreneurs in growing their businesses. Amongst her strengths are helping business people stay focused; develop effective policies and procedures; create strategic marketing plans; establish employee training programs; and foster better relationships with customers, vendors, and employees, thus substantially improving a company's ability to achieve its goals.
Prior to joining the organization, Ellen garnered more than 20 years' experience as a professional in the health care industry. She held positions as a Speech Pathologist, Program Manager for Rehabilitation, and District Manager of Rehab, among others. JIM SYMCOX
Jim Symcox is a business coach, copywriter and self-styled marketing evangelist. He is the author of How To Leap Ahead of Your Competitors and contributes articles to magazines both on the internet and in more traditional magazines too.
Jim has consulted with many large companies as well as smaller enterprises. These companies range from blue chips such as Phoneix Mecano, through company groups such as Bodyease to smaller SME companies such as Cut 'N' Copy Media and The Ultimate Sauna Company.

CHRISTIE SCOTT
As a Business Coach, Christie Scott combines her love for Marketing and Management with a driving passion to help others succeed.
Christie is a Certified Business Coach with much specialized training. She holds Advanced Certification as a Human Behavior Consultant and her presentations have led many to describe her as "electric", "passionate" and "dedicated". She uses this Advanced Certification to help clients create Extremely Productive Employee Teams in order to create more time for the business owner to work ON their business and even have more time for themselves and their families. PANDORA PANG

DOUG BROWN
Doug Brown has built over 20 businesses in his lifetime, creating unique and diverse learning experiences. He has spent most of his life in entrepreneurial ventures, starting at age three in his father's motor repair business. From fifth grade on he applied and qualified for work study through his school, so that he could attend school for half the day and for the remainder continue to gain added knowledge in his father's company. Doug would go on to create and build his own businesses, including a landscaping and cleanout business, Christmas tree retailing, a fishing and lobster wholesale and retail business, a multilevel marketing business, real estate investment, an entertainment business, a telecommunications auditing and consulting company, a telecom agency and a dry cleaning venture, just to name a few.
Doug also was employed for multimillion dollar companies and earned Top Sales Professional Awards for his sales performances.
Doug has worked in his own consulting and coaching businesses with small mom and pop organizations to large Fortune 500 companies such as Proctor and Gamble. Doug has always been interested in guiding and supporting others.

Doug possesses two college degrees (one in General Studies with an emphasis in business and biology, and one in Nuclear Medicine). Doug served eleven years in the military reserves including during the Gulf War.

CLAUDIA BROWN
Claudia Brown has learned early on about the value of the customer and the dedication needed to reach one's goals in the business world when she worked for five years with her father's at-home marketing research business, servicing companies such as Heineken and Ocean Spray.
After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Claudia traveled to Germany and studied at a German university. She now speaks fluent German as a result of this experience.
Claudia then earned an MBA and began to hone her business acumen. She freelanced for a major marketing research project with a Fortune 500 company and worked for some of the top direct marketing companies such as Lillian Vernon and J. Jill, as well as a few start-up catalog companies.
As an entrepreneur who now co-owns four businesses: two telecommunications agencies, a telecommunications auditing company and an internet marketing company, Claudia has continued to grow and develop her positive, creative life. After the birth of her children and her desire to work at home, she started an MLM business where she educated herself on the sales aspect of commerce. ROBERT CORNISH
Robert Cornish, CPCC, MCC, "The Winner's Coach" and Master Activator of Positive Thinking

Robert earned the label "The Winner's Coach" when he was a top level amateur racecar driver. He earned the invitation for and competed 11 times to win a National Champion title. KIP GIENAU
Kip Gienau has been in the advertising industry for over fourteen years. Working with his advertising clients, Kip identified their need for learning how to be more competitive in their market. He began coaching them and discovered a great sense of satisfaction from being able to help his clients move their business forward, by adding value beyond traditional advertising services.
Kip joined the coaching division of Chet Holmes International as a result of working with the Business Growth Masters Series in his own business, and experiencing the value of the program fist hand. Victoria Zeppi has over 20 years of experience in business development, working with clients ranging from start-up companies to large organizations such as Proctor & Gamble, General Electric, EDS, HP, and Honeywell. While working in sales and sales management, she was consistently a top producer, increasing one company's revenue by 400% in just over a year. This success led to national expansion of the consulting firm, with Victoria leading and managing the process. Her experience includes operations management for outsourcing organizations, with P&L responsibilities for 40M +. She was also the founder and managing partner of a successful staffing and consulting organization.
Victoria's passion is helping people realize their potential, and working with them to achieve their goals.
