Stephanie Vaughan serves as President of the Breakthrough Consulting Division here at BBI for both Anthony Robbins and Chet Holmes. In partnership with CEO, Marty Sanders, Stephanie's role is to create an un-stoppable team of consultants that will engage the needs of larger businesses to explode their growth and increase their profits.

Kip Gienau has been in the advertising industry for over fourteen years. Working with his advertising clients, Kip identified their need for learning how to be more competitive in their market. Claudia Brown has learned early on about the value of the customer and the dedication needed to reach one's goals in the business world when she worked for five years with her father's at-home marketing research business, servicing companies such as Heineken and Ocean Spray.
After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Claudia traveled to Germany and studied at a German university. She now speaks fluent German as a result of this experience.

Joe Roth has spent almost 30 years as both a corporate sales, marketing, and management executive with Fortune 50 companies as well as a serial entrepreneur having started, developed, and divested numerous companies during this time span. He has personally hired, trained, and promoted hundreds of sales and management personnel over the years and has a keen ability to recognize and leverage talent at all levels of an organization.
Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer of ShopBox, LLC a business process outsourcing company that specialized in the execution of web-based kiosk marketing strategies. He was responsible for securing partnership deals with NASCAR, NFL, NHL, and NBA leagues, teams, and franchises.
From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Roth was President of CMB Franchising, Inc., a licensed Area Developer of Extreme Pita Restaurants of Canada for Arizona and Nevada. During this time he oversaw the construction, development and operations of nine stores generating a 25% increase over the second highest volume franchise in the US. The territory was sold to the franchisor in 2006.
Previously Mr. Roth was Managing Partner of Cypress Staffing Services, LLC, a company he founded in 1999 that provides private duty home care throughout Central Arizona. Cypress grew from scratch to become the largest company in Arizona within its industry category in less than four years.

Later Mr. Roth became Director of Sales Training for North America overseeing the design, development, and delivery of all new and existing sales related training programs for approximately 25,000 personnel. His staff of twelve trainers facilitated over 600 direct week long sessions annually and another 2,500 indirect sessions annually by way of conducting geographically strategic train-the-trainer programs.
Mr. Roth was then asked to head overseas to development the company's on premise segment, which included fountain and vending businesses in the emerging markets of the Middle East, Western Asia, and Eastern Europe. Some of his numerous achievements include delivering a 12% market share and $100MM in revenues after Pepsi Israel's first year in business, a company record at the time. Also of note was spearheading a 20% gain in both revenue and profit after year two of a startup joint venture in Turkey.
Mr. Roth started his career in sales with Carnation Company. He was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility after Nestle purchased the company in 1984. His last position with Nestle was as sales manager for the food service division territories of Florida and S. Georgia and overseeing a dozen territory managers.

In 1998, Mr. Sussman, holding true to his passion for small business, left StaffMark and founded iLine, a telecommunications company providing wholesale long distance services to international destinations via the internet. iLine's customers included ATT, Worldcom, Sprint, Global Crossings and Qwest, quickly reaching a revenue run rate in the low 8 figures level. Looking into his crystal ball and seeing imminent change in the telecomm and internet world, Fred made the decision to sell iLine in June 2002.
