How this works:

1. Note that if you want to assess more than one person, you can order several assessments at once, up to ten. Assess your entire staff. It will be a real eye opener. To select more, you can enter the number you would like in the box on the left that currently displays the number: "1"



2. Click on the "add to cart" button



3. Then you will click on CHECK OUT. It will calculate the total amount of the assessments ordered.



4. You will fill in your credit card and other information necessary to bill your card (mailing, address, phone number and so on).



5. You will then, immediately be given an access code, or several access codes if you have purchased several assessments. You will then have the option to send separate codes to the various people you would like to take the assessment.
